The emergency maintenance on our Vienna VPS infrastructure is complete and services have been restored.

Window: 22:19 UTC (25 May) – 03:49 UTC (26 May)

Outcome: During the maintenance, a NIC failure was identified on one host in the cluster, with related link aggregation issues preventing the host from returning to service cleanly.  The VMs are currently being migrated from the affected host, and the process will be completed shortly. The remaining three nodes are operating normally, and cluster redundancy and high availability are not impacted by this short-term reduced capacity.

Follow-up maintenance: We will schedule an additional maintenance window within the next 48–72 hours to repair the affected host and return its capacity to the cluster. A separate announcement will be sent with the specific window.

Impact: Select VMs were restarted during the window. All services are back online. No customer action is required.

If you are still experiencing any issues with your VM, please open a support ticket and we will investigate immediately.

We apologize for the disruption and the extended window. Thank you for your patience.
