Custom Domain Requirements

All custom domains must use a CNAME record.

Example

 
cdn.example.com → cdn.<generated-id>.cdn.fdcservers.com

???? A/AAAA records are not supported, including for root/apex domains.

DNS Tips

  • Use a reasonable TTL (300–600 seconds during setup)

  • DNS propagation times vary by provider

  • The CDN will begin serving traffic once DNS resolves correctly
